HortoProfessional is the industrial cultivation system that allows you to automatically cultivate up to 24,000 pods.
Inside, the machine creates the ideal microclimate for the growth of plants, recreates the natural cycle of day and night, provides the right amount of water and nutrients, and maintains humidity and the optimum temperature.

HortoProfessional allows you to grow beansprouts, herbs and vegetables of the highest quality at any time of the year. It is completely automatic, very easy to use, and staff are not required to have expertise in order to use it.

It has 30 cultivation tanks with independent irrigation with dimensions of 280 x 80 cm. Creates a total of over 67 square metres of cultivable area.

It respects the environment, because thanks to the controlled microclimate, the filtered air and the food-grade materials, no insecticides, fungicides or herbicides are used. The amount of water required is up to 90% less than traditional cultivation techniques.

Consumption is contained: on average, the electrical consumption at full load is 6,5KWh and approximately 3000 litres of water per month.

It can be positioned anywhere, including outside, it only requires an electrical connection (6.5 kW) and a hydraulic connection.

Dimensions: 2,50 x 3,00 x 11 mt

External dimensions, height of cultivation layers and number of cultivation tanks can be modified according to requirements.

20 cultivation tanks (810 tank pods) with independent irrigation measuring 280 x 80 cm, for a total of over 44 cultivable square metres and over 16,000 pods. The side openings can be positioned on one or both long sides.

2 CULTIVATION SHELVES – LENGTH 5 M

It has 10 cultivation tanks (810 tank pods) with independent irrigation with dimensions of 280 x 80 cm, for a total of over 22 cultivable square metres and over 8,000 pods. The side openings can be positioned on one or both long sides.
